Jill Mazanec

I started my journey at UpLift as a member, just months after my youngest son was born. I was looking for a way to get back into shape after having three kids. Years down the road, I became a Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT- 200) and began teaching yoga at UpLift. From there I became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM). I have loved teaching yoga and training members at UpLift ever since! I believe in combining the benefits of both strength training and yoga for a well-rounded exercise program.

It’s my passion to work with women to become stronger and healthier versions of themselves. I currently teach “Gentle Yoga,” “Yoga Flow” and “Cardio Core & More” classes as well as guide members with personal training sessions. The women at UpLift inspire and motivate me every day – it’s a truly special place!  I love what I do and I love being part of UpLift!
