Gentle Yoga
Gentle yoga is a great way to beautifully move through an asana practice with mindful awareness of how yoga poses feel in your body. It's an active practice that allows you to move with your breath at a slower pace, while giving you time to make adjustments necessary to move with steadiness and ease. This is a great place for beginners, as well as more advanced students who are looking to slow down and to enrich and evolve their yoga practice.
Instructor: Jill Mazanec
Strength & Tone
Strength & Tone is a great way to amp up your workout in a group setting. It's a high-energy, full body, strength training workout that engages all muscle groups in one session. Using body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, steps, etc. - each class is new and different! Because it is a full body workout, you can replace one of your regular lifting days with this class each week. Challenging exercises will burn calories, increase strength and stamina, improve endurance and increase coordination and mental toughness. Join this group of fun, encouraging and supportive members...because we know that when we exercise with others, we tend to work harder (and more consistently). Come give it a try and see the results happen! Open to all ability levels.
