Honey Glazed Salmon

Jill Strand favorite

Ingredients:

1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
1/4 cup rice vinegar (garlic or basil/oregano rice vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves fresh garlic (or 2 tsp out of the jar)
2 tsp ginger
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Combine honey, liquid aminos, vinegar, garlic & ginger. Put fish fillets, in narrow strips, marinate in that for several hours.
2. Put remaining marinade in a sauce pan, and cook on high heat until it reduces. Drizzle over cooked salmon.
