8 oz prepared hummus – any flavor
1/4 C Kalamata olives – chopped
1/2 C roasted red peppers – chopped
1/2 cucumber – peeled and chopped
1/4 C goat cheese – crumbled
Taziki Dressing – optional
Pita chips, crostini, or gluten free crackers
Spread hummus on shallow plate/platter. Layer next ingredients and serve dressing on the side. Serve at room temperature with crackers.
