Ingredients
2-3 lb. Chuck Roast
1 pkg. dry Ranch Seasoning
1 pkg. dry Italian Seasoning
1/2 onion
1 cup water
peppercinis – a little spicy so add to your liking
Directions
1. Put all ingredients in crockpot for 5 hours on high.
2. Pull meat into strips and put back into juice.
3. Can put over quinoa, brown rice, or on sourdough bread, etc.
