Oatmeal Delight

1/2 cup steel-cut oats or old fashioned oats

7 almonds

1/4 cup berries

Cinnamon

1/2 to 1 scoop protein powder

Directions:

Cook oatmeal as directed. We like to cook it with ½ almond milk and ½ water.

Add protein powder, cinnamon, berries and nuts.

Meal Prep: Cook a bigger batch of oatmeal, keep in refrigerator. When ready to eat, mix almond milk with protein powder, then pour into oatmeal, heat up, add your berries, cinnamon and nuts.
