What made you interested in exercise?
When I met my husband, Jeremy 😊 He introduced me to lifting and everything fitness! I have continued to work with multiple trainers, tried different programs, classes, and educated myself to new trends, exercises and programs. I love discussing anything fitness related, nutrition, activity, challenges and getting to know what motivates others. I just love that every single person is at the gym bettering themselves for their own reasons and that’s just super awesome!
What is your advice for maintaining a healthier lifestyle?
I think a big part is just having awareness of healthy choices. It can be so overwhelming and discouraging but trying to break it down and simply looking at each aspect can give you a better perspective. Also, that its not a sprint but a lifestyle to be healthy so continuing to learn and change what you may be doing to something else is the flexibility you need to stay in tune with your body!
What do you do in your free time?
I love being outside and working in my yard, playing with my daughters and all the fun games they come up with! I love house projects and trying to DIY all sorts of things. I also work at a trophy shop putting together trophies, medals, plaques, and awards for numerous places around the community.
