I have been teaching group fitness classes in the Woodbury area since 2003. My first format
was fitness yoga and since have accumulated many certifications including 5 Les Mills formats,
TRX, 200 hr RYT and soon to complete my 500 hr RYT (registered yoga teacher through the Yoga
Alliance). I am ACE Group Fitness certified and love the experiences we have together in the
group fitness studio.
I grew up playing sports and love working out with a team. Group Fitness classes give us the
opportunity to create a team working out together through each class. The friendships and
community we create in the studio helps motivate us to show up for one another each week.
