Hi! I’m Monica and I love meeting new people and helping them on their fitness and wellbeing journey. I am a NASM-certified Personal Trainer with over 12 years of experience. I am also certified in Corrective Exercise, Fitness Nutrition, Senior Fitness and Behavior Change.
I believe that anything you achieve starts in your mind and that positive outcomes, both inside and outside of the gym, begin with positive thoughts.
I enjoy motivating women of all ages and stages, meeting them wherever they are on their journey and encouraging a positive outlook toward working out and life in general.
Outside of the gym, I like to read, stream a few good shows and spend time with my children.
