Natalie Brust

Hi my name is Natalie Brust, and I am an ACE (American Council on
Exercise) certified personal trainer and Exercise Science graduate. I bring
a motivating outlook to UpLift with a background as a former collegiate
athlete, blending my academic knowledge with real-world experience. My
philosophy is to create functional workouts that are both challenging and
achievable with an emphasis on making it enjoyable! I combine strength
exercises with mobility, stability, and plyometric elements to train for life's
everyday challenges, not just the gym. I thrive on meeting new people and
am passionate about helping others discover the joy and benefits of a
healthy, active lifestyle. For me there is no bigger motivation as a trainer
than seeing my clients happy and achieving their own personal goals.

Having a focus on body positivity, I’m here to help women of all shapes and
sizes embrace their unique strength! When I’m not in the gym, you’ll find
me traveling, reading, listening to live music, heading up north to my cabin,
or hanging with my two cats- Archie & Theo.
