My name is Natasha Steblay and I am a NETA certified group fitness instructor since 2003. I have taught many styles of fitness classes over the years from freestyle to more structured formats like Les Mills and MOSSA.
I am motivated by music and movement, but having a group setting is what gives me energy and motivation to keep showing up. I make classes light, fun, and welcoming for all abilities.
Fitness classes are my “happy hour” and therapy rolled into one. It’s a great way to keep your body moving, your mind engaged, and an amazing opportunity to form lasting friendships with participants.
