My name is Tiffany Currier, and I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Fitness instructor, and I coach and teach a wide variety of formats including aerobic based workouts, HIIT, Strength and Conditioning, Functional Training, Group Cycle, Pilates Strength, and Core Strength classes. I believe variety in all things keeps our bodies healthy, active, and strong! I love creating supportive and inclusive spaces where everyone feels welcome and safe to challenge themselves and push the limits of their fitness.
I’m a lifelong athlete (basketball, volleyball, track, softball) with a background in martial arts and kickboxing, and have participated in a multitude of races including marathons, half marathons, 5Ks, and Ragnars. I got into weight lifting and training years ago, felt the difference in my body and my mind, and have never looked back.
My favorite workouts include some combination of heavy lifting and explosive movements to keep it fun!
It’s such an honor to support women on their journey to becoming stronger and act as a guide, teacher and mentor on the weight floor. I can’t wait to work with you!
